i’m horrible at this. i keep telling myself “go workout” “don’t eat that brownie” but i don’t know why, i can’t! tomorrow i’m really going to start this whole health thing. i’m really uncomfortable with my body, i’m a healthy weight but not “skinny.” i just want a flat stomach and some actual muscle. i need motivation. but tomorrow i’ve planned an 8 am jog. let’s do this. xx
